It begins and culminates with your GURU.Yog is a complete science of a person's evolution and such a pious science cannot be bought or sold in the market. As Yog has been there in our culture since the very beginnings, thus nobody can lay claim on it and sell it as a "product" to meet personal needs.Saffron clad, in today's world, does not necessarily indicate one is on the right path. One of the common thought processes is- Yog is pursued when all "worldly duties" are over and when you have achieved whatever you thought needs to be, but this is a misconception. This is because each one of us is born with a limited reserve of energy, once you expend this energy there is no way to replenish it.
