Exploring the real happiness...

For everything we do we always expect something in return. Some could argue that it is quite natural to have these expectations. But if you look closely you will find these expectations are a major cause of unhappiness in life and all it leads to is emotional congestion. The minute we expect something, we make ourselves so weak that if it is not fulfilled we are shattered. Does our happiness really depend on someone or something else? To experience true happiness all you need to do is start doing service and charity without any expectation. Any work done without expecting something in return or anything given without asking for a favour always improves ones karmas. This opens the doors to many internal joys for a person. Let us all start thinking beyond our own self and explore the joy within.

Dont vegetate...Live your life!

Yog or Yoga has been given to us by our forefathers- the Vedic Rishis. they were highly advanced beings who had studied every single thing in the creation, including the being.  In todays world this sacred science of yog is more relevant than ever before. Life in the "modern" world is full of stress, competition, anger, impatience, betrayal and dishonesty, but there is a golden chance to live a life like a lotus in this dirty contaminated water. When you begin on the path of yog nothing changes outside, its still all the same but there is a change within (and that too without you even realizing it) and life takes a complete turn around (but this needs to be experienced individually!) Life becomes full of energy and enthusiasm and above everything else there is a real purpose to life. Life looks beautiful, meaningful and it now gives the strength to walk straight and allows you to focus on the 'goal' without any worryies or tensions..What more can a person ask for? Star...

Experience!

It is often said that life is all about experiences and to really know about anything, the best way  is to do it and experience it for yourself. In the world today where everything has a price tag, truth and honesty are critically endangered virtues, stress and emotional congestion have become central traits of life of one and all, there comes a life of Yog which shows you, your inner self and the purpose of this precious human life.  Once you hold the hand of your GURU, he takes you through the experiences of life and beyond. With a correct GURU you not only experience everything you are capable of  but you also go over your desires by fulfilling them which is the way of Yog- No desire is suppressed rather you experience and go beyond them. Experiences under a Guru's sanidhya always make you firm and shows your life path . Its always nice to experience something than to just talk and get nothing. Experience Yog to Experience Life!

YOG for YOUTH

YOG for YOUTH Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru called Youth as the building blocks of a Nation and emphasized on strengthening the values among them because if the very basis is not strong the building would crumble down even with the slightest jerk. Sadly today’s youth is like an unsaddled horse who can be driven away very easily, perhaps this is the reason one would see terrorists who are in their teens or prime youth due to their fickle mindedness. The crooks fumble around with these innocent and gullible youngsters and their energy is put forth for destructive measures. The only solution to channelize the abundant energy of youth constructively is by introducing them to Yog in its purest form. Generally today’s youngsters face few specific problems which can be tackled effortlessly with the help of Yog. The first and foremost problem is the weak and fragile bodies due to adulterated food products available and the introduction of Western ‘fast food’ culture, one can’t alter the products but...
